AFTRA and SAG Extend Industrial/Non-Broadcast Contracts to Halloween 2009.

April 28, 2008. Today SAG, AFTRA and industrial producers agreed to extend the SAG Industrial/Educational Contract and the AFTRA Non-Broadcast Code for 18 months. With the exception of a 3% increase in wages and an additional half percent in Pension/Health contributions effective May 1, 2008, no other changes were made.

Here are a few of the new rates, effective May 1, 2008 through October 31. 2009:

Pension & Health – 14.8%

Voice Over - Narrator
	Base rate – First Hour	$ 385.50	$ 429.00
	Each additional ½ hour	$112.50
Extras [8-hour day]
	General extra	$122.50
	Special Ability [including Stand-In, Photo Double	$135.00
	Silent Bit	$229.00
